The Project Manager plays the orchestrating role in the delivery
of Paragon's solutions.
The Project Manager will work directly with the client and the
Paragon team to ensure that all engagement objectives are met successfully and
in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand the client's intentions and
expectations.
Build and improve upon the customer
relationship.
Develop a rigorous and detailed project
plan that can be formally accepted by all stakeholders.
Facilitate requirement and prototyping
sessions.
Ensure that the functional requirements
are complete and accurate, and that they reflect the intentions
and expectations of the client.
Review the system design specifications
and correlate them to the functional requirements.
Determine and forecast resource
requirements. Evaluate the personnel and deploy them in an
appropriate manner according to budget and project schedule.
Manage the project using Paragon's
methodology.
Communicate timely project status reports to Paragon�s Project Directors.
