Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is primarily involved in the Envisioning phase to provide a clearly delineated approach for form and function in the development of web-based solutions for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on pertinent financial, economic and market information, and analyze data to develop meaningful insights.
• Perform needs analysis, proposal and documentation to create business-critical solutions for our clients.
• Facilitate meetings and work sessions with client management and staff to elicit agreement on system process, data, and organization needs.
• Prepare written materials for use in reports and presentations to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze, structure, and document business processes.
• Define and develop functional requirements.
