In addition to possessing excellent technical knowledge, Paragon's employees are aggressive, goal-oriented individuals who can perform individually or as an integral team member.

Recognizing that these types of individuals are constantly looking for opportunities to improve their performance and enhance their skill base, Paragon offers multiple ways of developing a rewarding career path within the company.

Continuing Education

Paragon holds in-house classes on a quarterly basis - free of charge - for our employees to continually improve their current skill base and learn new skills.

For employees who prefer to study at home we offer over 70 Computer Based Training courses in all the latest technical languages and systems.

The more ambitious individuals can apply for tuition reimbursement supplied by Paragon on an achieved grade basis.

Annual Review

Every employee is provided with a yearly job performance review.� This review is fully documented and provides strengths and weaknesses of the employees performance over the previous 12 months.� It is also a time to discuss:

  • Opportunities for moving up the career path
  • Eligibility requirements for taking advantage of these opportunities
  • New skills or experience the employees gained since the last review
  • Future assignments the employee wants to be considered for
  • Opportunities for taking full advantage of the employees skills, knowledge and background

In addition, Paragon encourages both its management team and employees to communicate on a daily basis.� It is our firm belief that a yearly evaluation is really a recap of the past year's interaction and effective communication between management and our employees.
