Paragon on an achieved grade basis.
Annual Review
Every employee is provided with a yearly job performance review.� This review
is fully documented and provides strengths and weaknesses of the employees
performance over the previous 12 months.� It is also a time to discuss:

New skills or experience the employees gained since the last review
Future assignments the employee wants to be considered for
