401(k) Savings Plan

Paragon's 401(k) plan is administered by Prudential Securities. There are a variety of investment options available.

Full time employees are entitled to join the plan immediately upon employment.

• Employees can contribute between 2-20% of their annual salary up to a limit defined by the US government.
• Taxes are deferred until withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
• Employees have the opportunity to change contribution percentages each quarter.
