Paragons Flexible Delivery Model balances business risk and low-cost resources utilization
to deliver on-time, cost competitive solutions.
The next generation of outsourcing has emerged as a priority for businesses looking to better
options in managing their application portfolios. The first wave offered low-cost, off-shore
development labor, but today firms are demanding new, less risky options for applications that
are strategic, complex, or mission-critical, while still taking cost into consideration.
By offering our clients a dual-shore integrated delivery model with US-based management
teams, Paragon can reduce a clients overall project cost and risk. Supported by a fully-owned
facility in Bangalore, India, Paragon can deliver the cost-competitive quality that is demanded
by the marketplace.
Three-Tiered Support
Paragons three-tiered
support structure delivers resources onsite, off-site at a Paragon location and
off-shore. The composition of these resources includes strategic specialists (such as
engagement managers and architects), subject matter experts (such as wealth management and
insurance), and delivery (such as developers, QA). The distribution of these resources is
flexible and dependent upon the clients needs, which means that Paragon will put the most
critical business and project knowledge and expertise where most needed.
Client Relationship Manager
Part of the strategic resources team at the clients site includes a dedicated
relationship manager to serve as a liaison between the client and Paragon resources. The
relationship manager facilitates communication and collaboration between the teams and serves a pivotal
function during knowledge transfer.
On-Call Industry, Business and Service Line Resources
Paragon Solutions has invested in growing practices in financial services, insurance,
telecommunications and pharmaceutical as well as service lines in content management, data
management, and Web Services. These practices and service lines are staffed by senior
industry and technology professionals, many of whom have worked for industry-leading firms.
These resources can be made available for milestones or deliverables.
